If I’ve been playing guitar and took lessons and have been playing instruments in school and am experianced and i am driving to my student I’m in highschool how much should i charge per hour for a lesson?

Since you’re driving you may want to put the price somewhere in the 30’s range. Not too high since your student will get what he or she pays for, and if the price is too high then he or she will expect a really good teacher.
